What's it about?
Jane Austen wrote this little book at the age of 15, mimicking the tone of history school books and retelling English history in accordance to her taste. Objectivity, she seems to shout out of the pages, is overestimated!
Technique
I used casual pencil on paper here, but wanted something special for the halftones. So I scraped the tip of a solid lead pencil to receive graphite powder and applied it with the fingers. I actually had to do this first, and only add the drawings afterwards to not smear over them. Good old hand made stuff.
